Dutchcap Basic

In 2006 this cap was selected for the Dutch Design Awards, which annually show and reward the best in the area of Dutch design. The award ceremony, an overview exposition during the Dutch Design Week and publication of the Dutch Design Yearbook give DDA a full spectrum platform for Dutch design.

The cap is made of 3 mm thick 100% wool felt  Felt is a non-woven type of textile fabricated by pressing wool.  The fibres are treated with hot water and form the structure of the material by shrinking.  Felt was probably the first type of human-made textile.
The cap is available in the following sizes:
S ±53 – 55.5 cm, M ±56 – 58.5 cm, L ±59 – 61.5 cm.
